True Meridian is the upcoming full length by Eugene, Oregon-based post rockers, Gazelle(s), and the follow up to the band’s debut, There’s No One New Around You. The new album was recorded in Portland’s Hallowed Halls studios with Brandon Eggleston (Swans, Modest Mouse, Grails), and comes out in its entirety on June 19th, 2020. Four members of the group are Matthew Kaplowitz, Tim Jim Smith, Michelle Whitlock, and Neal Williams. Gazelle(s) has been improving their selected style based on guitar-driven post-rock, structures, wonderful melodies for a violin, americana, and some heavier riffs. “True Meridian” appears to be a deep album with progressive non-conventional sound.
